Do I need technical skills or a developer?
No. I handle the technical setup end to end. My goal is to hand you something your team can operate and maintain on their own, without needing any code knowledge.
Which tools do you work with?
Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Drive), WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Slack, Trello, HubSpot, and most tools with an API. If you're using something specific, ask me — I'll tell you what's possible.
How long does it take to set up an automation?
Simple automations (a single trigger-and-action flow) take 1–3 days. More complex multi-step workflows with AI typically take 1–2 weeks. I always start with a quick win so you see results fast.
Do you work remotely or in person in Kigali?
Both. I'm based in Kigali and available for in-person workshops and sessions in Rwanda. I also work remotely with clients across Africa and internationally via video call.
